Return Policy for Emerald World Gemstone


At Emerald World Gemstone, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we take utmost care to ensure that our products meet your expectations, certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Conditions for Returns


We accept returns under the following conditions:


Eligibility Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.


Item Condition: The gemstone must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any damage.


Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accompanying certificates, tags, and documentation.



2. Items Not Eligible for Returns


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


Jewelry: All jewelry purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Customized or personalized gemstone designs.


Gemstones that have been resized, altered, or engraved post-purchase.


Items purchased during sale or promotional periods, unless damaged during shipping.


Gemstones that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.



3. No Exchanges


We do not offer exchanges for any of our products. If you are unsure about your purchase, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team before placing your order for guidance.


4. Return Process


Follow these steps to initiate a return:


1. Contact Us:

Email us at support@emeraldworldgemstone.com  within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures of the item in its current condition.



2. Approval:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return authorization code and the return address.



3. Packaging:

Securely package the gemstone in its original box, ensuring that all accompanying items, such as certificates, are included.



4. Shipping:

Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.




5. Refund Policy


Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return conditions.


Refund Amount:


A 7% deduction will be applied to the total purchase price of the item as a processing fee.


The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.



Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection is completed.


Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.



6. Damaged or Defective Items


If your gemstone arrives damaged or defective:


Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs of the item and the packaging.


Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund (with no deductions), including shipping charges.



7. International Returns


We currently do not accept returns from outside India. International orders are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


8. Important Notes


We recommend using insured shipping for returns, as Emerald World Gemstone is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.


Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
